A few weeks ago I posted that it was confirmed that Sagat, Balrog, Vega, and M. Bison were seen in Japanese arcade location tests of Street Fighter IV. I found that news out on SRK which is the best Street Fighter site out there. Actually its a great site overall but anyway above is an image someone just posted showing Sagat, Balrog, Vega, M. Bison as shown in the actual game. I like the smooth almost cell shaded look. The graphics are improving in terms of detail since the early models that were blocky.
