Pay close attention to the question mark on the title because this is still UNCONFIRMED though according to the screenshot above it certainly appears as though that is Rose from the Street Fighter alpha series on the Street Fighter 4 character select screen. Regardless of whether Rose is in the game the character selection screens seems great with lots of characters.
