Castlevania Judgement

The latest issue of Nintendo Power reveals that the new Castlevania game for Wii named "Castlevania Judgement" will be a 3D fighting game. This is super left field news. I know that I said this is the year of the fighting game but damn.

According to GoNintendo:

Characters confirmed thus far - Dracula, Simon, Alucard, Shanoa, and Maria Renard. Read the rest of this entry »

Mega Man 9 To Hit WiiWare

Written by Fallback in Random
Mega Man 9

The new issue of Nintendo Power apparently has an article revealing that an all new Mega Man 9 will be hitting WiiWare. The new Mega Man 9 game apparently will retain the classic look and feel of the original NES versions of the game. Great news for fans.

When the scans from the Nintendo Power were posted at the Capcom-Unity forums, Corporate Officer and Vice-president of Strategic Planning & Business Development Christian Svensson stated "I will also say, NP only has part of the story. More to be learned later." I guess we will have to wait for more reveals or leaks.

Konami, LaserScope, nes

I stumbled on this ad circa 1990 and just had to scan it for your viewing pleasure. Theres no question that Metal Gear Solid 4 is a winner but theres no wonder why this old NES Konami LaserScope was an epic fail. Click the image above to see a bigger version of the ad. Shits hilarious. The thought of having to say "Fire!" every time I wanted to shoot in Duck Hunt or whatever seems retarded on so many levels.

Just picture a kid sitting at home in front of the TV saying: "Fire!.. Fire!... Fire!... Fire!.. Fire!... Fire!...Fire!.. Fire!... Fire!... Fire!.. Fire!... Fire!... Fire!.. Fire!... Fire!... Fire!.. Fire!... Fire!... Fire!.. Fire!... Fire!..."

LOL!
