So I'll file this one under "WHO CARES" because I don't think anyone will get excited about this since these new premium themes do not seem contain any MAJOR differences when compared to current themes. Not only that but most of these don't look that great. Does the backgrounds animate, is the sound better?

According to the Playstation Blog:

These themes were created specifically for the PS3 and have special backgrounds, XMB icons and, in some cases, sounds.
