I was worried that after standing in line for about an hour to see the Nintendo 3DS I would be a bit jaded and shit on it but that was so not the case. I guess this in of itself is a testament to how impressed I was with the Nintendo 3DS. The Nintendo 3DS now has an analog nub. Similar in design to the analog nub on the PSP but executed much better. In the new WarioWare: DIY (Do It Yourself) instead of only playing mini-games, you can now develop mini-games. This new feature will allow the user's to upload their mini-games to a community through the game. It looks like we will not need to have a translation guide anymore. Nintendo of America has announced, at their Media Summit, that a translated Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies is coming to North America sometime this summer. At the Nintendo Media Summit, Nintendo announced the release date and price of the Nintendo DSi XL. The Nintendo DSi XL, which is called Nintendo DSi LL in Japan, will hit North American retail stores on March 28 at the price of $189.99. Sega has announced a Sonic Collection for the DS. It will feature four games including Sonic the Hedgehog 1-3, and Sonic & Knuckles and will go on sale in March 2010. It will also feature a save anywhere feature. To me it seems like Sega keeps re-releasing too many Sonic Collections. ... more.
