There's so much news about what will be one of the biggest fighting game releases this year. King of Fighters XII has always been a top tier fighting game and this new upcoming game looks like it will deliver. The new Game Informer has a great feature that gives some insight to what may make this the best King of Fighters game to date. “The size of each character is much larger than before with a much higher level of resolution. Both their length and height are almost twice as big. However, the density (detail) of the dot-pixels are about four times as much. The color palette has also increased. With these character graphics you can say the level of expression has expanded a great deal.” says Nona, the art director. The game informer magazine features an interview with illustrator Eisuke Ogura and Nona the Art Director Director.

On Saturday, May 30th there will be a King of Fighters XII Tournament in Hollywood, California. A total of 128 players will compete in a single elimination, five round tournament. The grand Prize will be a brand new KOF XII Arcade Machine from Japan.
