EGM's upcoming September issue is looking nice. It features a look at Bayonetta which is an upcoming game by Resident Evil 2, Devil May Cry, Viewtiful Joe, and Okami creator, Hideki Kamiya.

Another interview we have in this super phantasmagorical issue of EGM is a sit-down with Resident Evil 2/Devil May Cry/Viewtiful Joe/Okami creator, Hideki Kamiya, in which we discuss his latest effort: Bayonetta. This is a really fun interview, as we get the reclusive game director on record as to whether he performs Bayonetta's sexy moves in the motion-capture studio himself (among many other things, like if and when he eats breakfast, if it's as action-y as we imagine it must be). We precede this interview with the feature "25 Things You Need To Know About Bayonetta" which brings you up to date on everything that's currently known about the game, gleaned from our in-person demo with Kamiya at Platinum Games in Osaka, Japan last month.
Also featured is the first interview with Ninja Gaiden's one and only Tomonobu Itagaki since leaving (and suing) Tecmo. Im very interested in reading the interview with Itagaki having just beat Ninja Gaiden II last weekend. Loved it. Itagaki is so outspoken this is sure to be a great interview in light of recent events and lawsuits.

Continuing in our hit list of high-profile interviews is our conversation with former Team Ninja-boss Tomonobu Itagaki. You asked for it, you got it. In his first interview since leaving (and suing) Tecmo, we got the man in black to bring us up to speed with what he's been doing, what his thoughts are on the Japanese gaming industry, and what he's up to next. It's interesting, because he has some strong words to say about the previously-mentioned Kamiya (and Kamiya's game Okami), due to the fact that Kamiya had some strong words to say about Ninja Gaiden. FIGHT! Love him or hate him, you can't help but listen to him, and we've got the newly-liberated Itagaki, first.
