Mirrors Edge is a game that I almost bought when it dropped a few weeks ago. I had it pre-ordered and everything but made a last minute decision to not buy it based on hearing from a few reviews that the game was too short. After finally beating the game a few days ago I realized that the game is not "short" and that had I bought it I would not have been upset with the purchase. I enjoyed the game up until the very end. Its one of the most immersive games I have ever played.

The Resident Evil 5 demo was very recently released in Japan on the Xbox 360 and I was able to get my mits on it yesterday. I played it for about two hours going through singleplayer, split screen co-op, and online multiplayer modes. The fact that I spent that much time with a demo says a lot in of itself. I think Resident Evil fans will be very happy with what Capcom is developing. The game looks GREAT from a graphical detail standpoint and the game is clearly a Resident Evil game. It moves and is paced very much like resident Evil 4 for the most part.

Here are some spanking new Street Fighter 4 videos I recorded at the Street Fighter Club event in Brooklyn a few days ago. Most of these feature Sakura who will be a playable character in the console version of Street Fighter IV. Actually in a few of these videos Sakura is controlled by Street Fighter champ Justin Wong who handed out many an ass beating that night. He was at one machine in one spot and every time I passed by he was still there serving cats. Check back later for more videos and HD downloadable versions.

UPDATE] For all those that want to embed the vids check our

The Street Fighter Club event this past Friday was "full of win" as they say on these inter-nets. Combine an
old bodega, a great DJ, New York Pizza, and unreleased Street Fighter games with free and you cant loose. Hats off to the guys at Capcom who came to my borough in the great state of New York and put on an event that was low cheeze (except for those M. Bison players HA!) and lots of fun. When the DJ played '
Broken Language' I knew it was going to be a good night and that they were going to do it right in Brooklyn.
Anyway back to the games. Capcom had PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 console versions of Street fighter 4 available on deck for our enjoyment. I visited the "Chinatown Fair Arcade" a couple of hours before the event so I could compare the console versions at the event to the arcade version. Above is picture I took at "Chinatown Arcade" before the event. So how did it compare?

Here are some tips and tricks for Wipeout HD. Use these tips to collect all the trophy's and win some races! These are a collection of Wipeout HD tips and tricks from various sites.
RACE START SPEED BOOST:
- To get a boost at the beginning of the race. Do not hit or press the acceleration button at all. (not even once) until the start countdown is at "0" (when the announcer says "GO!")
SPEED TIPS:
- Accelleration button ("X" by default) is pressure sensitive so set it to 10% sensitivity. This way, the buttons behave (almost) digitally, so you won't need to press much at all for full accelleration.
