There's really not much to say here. The chart above says it all. Nintendo is making a FUCKTON of money off their first party games and hardware. More than Sony that is pretty much sucking in the profit department and Microsoft that sucks less.

This video gives a damn good look at the combat in the Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe game. The producer also gives some background on how the two universes come together in the game.

So for the last month i was wondering if my EGM subscription ran out. I found it odd that I never got any "please renew" notices. Anyway last Friday I received last months issue. I was like "what the fuck?" this is late as hell. Then yesterday I received the new EGM, less that a week after last months late issue. They need to get that shit ironed out. Getting magazines late really blows and is not a good look. Especially in this internet age.

It seems that Master Chief and company are back taking the number one spot last week as Halo 3 was the most played Xbox Live title for the week ending 7/21/08. Interesting stuff indeed considering no new maps or big updates were launched for Halo 3 and considering Call of Duty 4 has dominated for months.

According to a vague post on the official Playstation blog:

Just wanted to give everyone a quick heads up that a PS3 firmware update (v2.42) is now available for download. This update improves the playback quality of some PLAYSTATION 3 and PlayStation format software.
