Capcom has just been sued over Dead Rising's similarities to George Romero's Dawn of the Dead movie. MKR Group the company that owns the rights to Dawn of the Dead claims similarities between the two infringe upon their intellectual property. So about 30 minutes ago my Wii starts glowing blue and at first I think... "oh cool an update.." but that changes to an "ok last time I rushed to turn my Wii on and it was some bullshit." The weak "Check Mii Out Channel" to be exact. The verdict this time is at least the good folks at Nintendo are consistent because this update is weak too and doesn't really add any thing "fun" or interesting ... more.
